- In 2007 I turned my hobby in to a profession and started working as an assistant brewer at the Wynkoop Brewing Company. After a year and half I attended the Siebel World Brewing Academy to further my career. After a short stint at the Bull and Bush Brewing Company, I'm back at the Wynkoop for round two.
